Join Andrea for a Saturday workshop an of all-levels yoga practice, meditation, and mindfulness to explore how you can approach your Spring Training from a holistic view. Originally intended to prepare riders for show season by including core work and mental training, this workshop is open to all who are looking find a new edge this season.
All you need to bring is an open mind and heart! Light snacks and an activity are included.
